Warranty service.

The SEWECOM ONLINE Company is an authorized partner for distributor service of Airlive products in the Czech Republic. It means that the warranty service is provided only to partners of the AIRLIVE Company on the basis of the contract concluded between the producer and distributor.

In case you are an END user and you equipment is still under guarantee, be so kind and contact your seller or distributor.

Only in absolutely exceptional situations we can address the rma (= complaint) after the seller who is non-existing any more, but a partial charge will be imposed on such service since this is an above-standard service - the costs related to verification whether the equipment is still under guarantee, postage, carriage, etc.
