We play fair.

The prices for service are the same for all customers. The price comprises of the price for diagnostics, price for material and work, postage and VAT.


Why is the diagnostics paid?

In order to be able to repair the equipment reliably in a good quality, we must first find out where the problem is. The price for diagnostics is not included in the price since it is up to you, whether you wish to repair the equipment or not.


What is the price for material and for the work?

The price for material is given by the price of spare parts fixed by the producer. In case the spar part is in stock we are able to tell the price immediately. In case the spare parts must be sent from Tchaj-wan, we are able to give you an estimated price; however, the exact price is quoted and known not earlier than after the spare parts delivery.

The price for work is resulting from the repair time intensity and testing, and it is invoiced as CZK 380/hour plus VAT.


Can you sell us the spare parts so that we can carry out repair ourselves?

Yes, we can but consider whether it is really worth it. In case you carry out repairs yourselves you bear the risk of diagnostics as well as the risk of repair. The spare parts purchased by you cannot be returned back. You cannot repair the spare parts even in case the repair will not be successful. This option is not APPLICABLE for end users - natural persons.


Why do you charge the postage separately?

The concept of service is presented as a service available for everybody. In case of minor repairs the postage price can form a significant part of the service price, however these finances end at the forwarder.
